The good news for PPL is that as of yesterday we have our new Endeca website open for staff preview and that is a great improvement in user friendly searching, but this post challenges us to continue to improve our patron experience. The goal is to increase the fun factor by centering patron participation and social networking around books and library collections and services.
But can that be fun for patrons? You bet!
